Who we are
This website is operated by ZENDO SOFTWARE S.R.L. (CUI 42394440, Trade Register no. J40/3725/2020), with its registered office at Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania ("Zendo Software", "we", "us"). What we collect and why
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, or email or call us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, the subject and content of your message, and any phone number you share. We use them only to reply to you and, where relevant, to discuss and prepare a possible collaboration.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Website analytics
We use Umami to count visits and see which pages and links are used. Umami does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across other websites; the statistics we see are aggregated and do not identify you.

Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request in order to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. These logs are kept for a short period only.

Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes your data for us
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our communication:
- Netlify, Inc. – website hosting and receipt of contact form submissions.
- Microsoft – business email (Microsoft 365), where your messages to us are stored.
- Umami Software, Inc. – anonymous website analytics.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case we keep them for as long as required by that relationship and applicable law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@zendosoftware.ro.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
